Simple vs Continue

The present simple is a form of the verb.
I use it when I do an action usually.

Ex: I always used the pencil.

They often went to shop.

And the present continues is other form of the verb, more diferent than present simple. I use it when I want to talk about an action that you are doing now.

Ex: Im paint
ing at the moment. You're running at the moment

Bibliography: The teacher and me.
